Hall Rental Agreement

Failure to abide by the following will result in loss of deposit.

Renter will be responsible for following and informing guests of these rules and regulations.

1. No hall rental will be accepted without a signed contract and security deposit.
2. Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to event.
3. Security deposit and rental fee must be paid by money order or check.
4. If payments do not clear for any reason, the renter will be charged $30 plus security deposit and rental fee.
5. Above renter is responsible for any damages done on or to the premises. Any damages exceeding deposit amount will be the renter’s responsibility.
6. NO DECORATIONS of any kind are to be affixed to the walls or ceilings with tape or any other adhesive that cannot be easily removed
7. All cars must be parked in rear of parking lot. NO PARKING is allowed in the yellow designated Fireman parking spots.
8. NO PYROTECHNICS of any kind to be used inside or outside of the premises.
9. NO SMOKING anywhere in the building.
10. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. No person under the age of 21 may consume alcoholic beverages on the premises.
11. The hall, kitchen, bar, bathroom, tables, and chairs must be cleaned before leaving. This includes sweeping and mopping any spills.
12. All tables and chairs must be folded and stacked in their original locations.
13. Glass, Plastic, and Aluminum are to be emptied and separated in the recycle bins. All garbage must be removed by the renter. Recycle bags are to be left near the dumpster, all other garbage is to be placed in the dumpster in the back of the parking lot. This includes kitchen, bar, hall, and bathroom garbage.
14. No food or beverages are to be left in the refrigerator once the event is completed.
15. The chair lift is only to be used by elderly, fall-prone, and/or disabled individuals who are unable to navigate the stairs safely. It should be returned to the base to charge.
16. Upon completion of the event, the key is returned, and the hall is left in satisfactory condition, the security deposit will be returned within the next week.

Failure to abide by these rules may result in loss of your rental deposit.
